## Key facts
- All games are 100% free to play start-to-finish. No ads required for progression, no paid upgrades, no signup.
- Personal best scores are stored locally (localStorage). If the user opts in by submitting a name, their score is added to a **global leaderboard** shared across all visitors.
- Global leaderboard data is stored server-side in a single PostgreSQL database keyed by game slug. Submitted rows store: name (≤12 chars), score, stage, play time, hashed IP (for rate limiting only). Raw IPs are never persisted.
- Public read API: `GET https://games.itlibra.com/api/rankings/<slug>` returns the top 100 global entries for that game as JSON. Submissions go via `POST` with server-side validation and rate limiting.
- Built with Next.js App Router, deployed behind a Caddy reverse proxy on a VPS.
- Served as static HTML per locale (ja / en) via `generateStaticParams`.
- Internationalization uses URL path prefixes: `/ja/...` and `/en/...`.
